1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver to all cities and regions across Pakistan. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or anywhere in between — Luxus Homes brings premium bedding straight to your door.


2. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum order value required. The price you see is the price you pay.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched on all working days, Monday to Saturday
  • Orders placed on Sundays or on Pakistan's National Public Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working business day
  • Once your order is placed, our customer care team will reach out to you for order confirmation via phone call
  • Your delivery timeline begins from the date of confirmation by our customer care representative — not from the date of order placement

4. Delivery Timeframe

5. Delivery During Sales & Peak Season

During our mega sale events, promotional campaigns, or busy shopping seasons, order volumes increase significantly. During these periods, delivery may take up to 10 working days from the date of confirmation. We appreciate your patience and assure you that every order is handled with the same level of care and priority.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking details so you can monitor your delivery in real time. If you have not received your tracking information within 2 working days of confirmation, please contact us at luxushomes.store@gmail.com.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your delivery address, contact number, and order details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Luxus Homes is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at luxushomes.store@gmail.com before your order is dispatched.


8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If our courier is unable to reach you after multiple delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact us to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery of returned orders.


9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take great care in packaging every order. However, if your order arrives damaged or if your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at luxushomes.store@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos.

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
