1. Return Window:

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Once this period has passed, we regret that we are unable to process any return or exchange requests.

2. Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
The item must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided
The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are strictly not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased during a sale, promotion, or discount campaign
Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items not in their original packaging
Gift cards

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. However, if you receive an item that is:

Damaged during delivery
Defective due to a manufacturing issue
Incorrect (wrong item or wrong size sent)

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or video of the damaged/defective item and packaging

We will evaluate your case promptly and work to make it right as quickly as possible.

5. How to Request a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at luxushomes.store@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
Include your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if applicable
Wait for our confirmation and instructions before sending the item back
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

6. Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely
Luxus Homes is not responsible for items lost during return shipping

7. Exchanges:

We currently offer exchanges on eligible items subject to stock availability. To exchange an item:

Return the original item once your request is approved
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange order will be processed

8. Refunds:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days
The refund will be credited to your original payment method
For card payments, the applicable bank transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount
If payment was made via dual payment methods, the refund will be processed after the full amount is received in our account

9. Order Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
